On this page we explain what personal data we process when you use the website oceneniededicstva.sk, what we need it for and what rights you have.

Data about a deceased person is not personal data under the GDPR. We protect the data of heirs and other living persons in the same way as all other data.
Who we share data with
- The hosting and e-mail provider that stores the data for us (processor).
- The Urbanista agents who handle your request.
- Other persons only with your consent, for example an expert appraiser or a mortgage partner if you ask for it, or where required by law.
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. We do not transfer it outside the European Union.
Cookies and external services
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser remembers the unfinished form (local storage) so that you can come back to it; it is deleted once the form has been sent. We load fonts and scripts from our own server, so your data is not passed to third parties while you browse the site. If we add traffic analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will ask for your consent.
Your rights
- to access, rectify and erase your data,
- to restrict processing and to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal,
- to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
